Filmed during her January 2026 refit at A&P Tyne and her return to service in Tilbury, this cruise ship documentary reveals what really happens when a 70,000-tonne vessel leaves the sea and rests on steel blocks for inspection, repair and renewal. We were granted rare behind-the-scenes access to areas passengers never see: • The bridge during high-pressure departure manoeuvres • The engine room as major overhauls were undertaken • The dry dock floor beneath her exposed hull • Lifeboats lowered for inspection • Thrusters, stabilisers and propellers serviced and restored This is not just a cruise vlog.
