I can't say I lost all my weight just from this... haha... But it was a recipe that helped me so much that I recommended it to everyone around me! However, I felt it was a waste to only use this tomato base to make Witch's Soup. In this video, I'm introducing five dishes that can help you recover your energy and appetite during the summer using just this healthy tomato base :) A hearty nourishing dish made with beef and tendons, The detox Witch's Soup that I consistently made and ate after giving birth, Spicy Arrabiatta that revives your appetite on hot days, Eggs in Hell that is filling enough for a breakfast meal, And even Neapolitan that the whole family can enjoy. With just one tomato base you've made, you can enjoy a different menu every day, making it much easier and tastier to prepare a healthy meal, even on busy days😆 In the video, I also introduce a canning method to preserve the tomato sauce for a long time. Make it once and use it in various ways for years to come! Today I’m sharing my favorite tomato base sauce that I always keep on hand. 🍅 With this one healthy base, I’ll show you five summer recovery meals—from a nourishing beef stew and detox witch soup to arrabbiata, eggs in hell, and Neapolitan pasta. I also share how to preserve it with canning, so you can enjoy it for months! All-Purpose Tomato Sauce -Ingredients 5 kg ripe tomatoes 1/2 head celery 2 carrots 3 bell peppers 100 g garlic 2 cans 800 g whole tomatoes A little olive oil, salt, and pepper Instructions 1. Prepare all the vegetables, place them on an oven pan, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, and bake in a 200-degree oven for about 40-60 minutes. 2. Once baked, add the whole tomato paste and blend in a mixer. Pour into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then transfer to an airtight glass jar while still hot for canning. All-Purpose Tomato Sauce Tomato Beef Nourishing Stew Ingredients 1 kg brisket, tendons (choose your preferred meat) Appropriate amount of cumin Appropriate amount of red wine 5 cups of tomato sauce A little flour, olive oil, salt, and pepper Instructions 1. Coat the seasoned brisket with flour and brown it in a pan. 2. Add cumin and red wine to evaporate the alcohol and bring out the deep flavor. 3. Place the boiled brisket and tendons in the pan, pour in the base tomato sauce until it is just enough to cover the meat, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes to finish. *If not using an oven, add liquid (broth or water) and simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent the bottom from burning. Tomato Beef Nourishing Stew Tomato Witch's Soup Ingredients 1 can tuna 1/4 head cabbage 1/2 eggplant 1 head broccoli 1/2 onion 2 stalks celery 5 cups tomato sauce A little olive oil Instructions 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage, eggplant, broccoli, onion, celery, and tuna, and sauté. 2. Add the base tomato sauce and simmer gently to finish. Tomato Arrabiata Ingredients 3 tablespoons minced garlic 1 pack bacon 100g penne 3 cups base tomato sauce Appropriate amount of peperoncino A little olive oil Instructions 1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and sauté to release the aroma. 2. Add the bacon and sauté, then add the peperoncino to add a spicy kick. 3. Add the cooked penne pasta and stir-fry. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry briefly to finish. Tomato Egg in Hell Ingredients 1 corn cob 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 onion 1 pack mozzarella cheese 5 eggs 3 cups base tomato sauce A little olive oil, salt, and pepper Instructions 1. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in an oiled pan. 2. Season with salt and pepper. Add the corn and the specified amount of base tomato sauce. Top with eggs and mozzarella cheese. Cook briefly to finish. Neapolitan Ingredients 100g spaghetti noodles 4-5 sausages 1/2 onion 1/2 bell pepper A little olives 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1.5 cups base tomato sauce A little olive oil Instructions 1. Sauté the garlic in an oiled pan until fragrant, then sauté the onion. 2. Add the olives and sausages and sauté. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and bell pepper and sauté. 3. Add the base tomato sauce and noodles, sauté to finish.
