At the top of Belgian gastronomy has been the "Godfather of Belgian Gastronomy": Peter Goossens, for 21 years. The chef of the 21st century! At the end of this year, he and Lieve Goossens will leave their iconic restaurant Hof Van Cleve and hand over the torch to chef Floris Van Der Veken and his team. To honour Peter and Lieve, we look back on their brilliant career with great emotion and do so together with some people who know them well.
