Древняя Русь. От Владимира Святого до Мономаха

The lecture covers the main stages of the reign of the first Russian princes from the Rurik dynasty. ◽ The reign of Vladimir the Saint was marked by important events in the history of Rus'. This included the adoption of Christianity, the struggle against the nomads, and the expansion of the territory under the control of the Russian princes. This was a time of political and cultural flourishing for Rus'. However, after Vladimir's death, Rus' descended into internecine wars, which led to the weakening of the country's foreign policy and internal decline.
