Clean my working surface with a cleaning wipe or soapy water. 2. Run tape, and then a scrap piece of clay along my working surface to ensure all dust/fuzzies are picked up. 3. Wash my hands, cut my nails and roll the piece of scrap clay in my hands to pick up any dust/fuzzies on my hands. 4. If any dust gets on my unbaked clay while I am working (which is inevitable!), I clean it off with a cotton swab using 50% alcohol. 5. If I see any dust remaining AFTER I bake, I will remove it using 100% acetone with a cotton swab.
