Today we challenged ourselves 🫢 to eat only healthy food at fast food places for 🕥 24 hours 🍔🍟🥬. It’s something we’ve never done before, and we weren’t sure if we’d even make it through the day with enough to eat. By “healthy,” we mean as little processed as possible 🤖, minimal added sugars, oils, stabilisers, and salt. We wanted to test our willpower and see what healthier options are actually out there when you’re in a rush and don’t have time to cook 🍴🥗.
