The idea of home is ephemeral. But one holds on to anything that will remind one of where one comes from. It could be smells, a colour, a piece of fabric, a prayer... And home for a people with no country is in the food, the music, the language, the culture and most importantly the shared loss. This is a film shot at the Tibetan Children's Village school in Suja, Himachal Pradesh. It documents how the school and the people living there have made a little home away from home for themselves and are passing on what they can to the next generation.
