Mar is married to Antonio Miguel and is the mother of four children. Her testimony is a true story of faith, motherhood, and human frailty. In a previous pregnancy, Mar received a devastating diagnosis: they were told that their baby had Patau syndrome (trisomy 13). Despite the fear and uncertainty, they decided to continue, trusting in God… and the child, Oliver, was born perfectly healthy. A true miracle. But, after experiencing that gift and placing their trust in the Lord, another trial would come. Mar and Antonio Miguel already had three children when, a few years later, the couple's joy was complete upon learning that they were finally expecting the daughter they so longed for. However, the same diagnosis reappeared. The baby had a 99% probability of carrying the dreaded trisomy 13. Once again, they faced the "recommendation" to end the life in progress. This time, the trial was too much for Mar. She broke down as a mother, and her faith weakened as she faced the same cross a second time... In this video, Mar sincerely shares how she experienced that moment, how the pain tested her trust in God, and how faith is not always strength, but also struggle, questions, and abandonment.
