Vocal Coach Reacts To George Michael And Queen | Somebody To Love | Live | Ken Tamplin George Michael was such a PHENOMENALLY talented singer. Even when taking on the enormity of singing in Freddie’s place, he still was able to bring his own unique interpretation while still honoring the spirit of Freddie and of the song. The performance for today’s video came from a Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert that took place just 5 months after Freddie passed. In front of a crowd of 72,000 people at Wembley Stadium, George was one of many big names to join the surviving members of Queen in what was one of the biggest events in rock history. George’s performance left no question of his own ability to be able to take on the same notes that Freddie made famous. I really hope you all enjoy today’s video and let me know what you thought!
