In Episode 106 of Cranberry Sherbet, Işıl wants to find the person who threatened her. She first goes to the hospital where Koray is hospitalized, but when she sees his state, she realizes she was wrong to be suspicious. She gradually begins to suspect that Mustafa might be behind the scenes. Nursema and Firaz's relationship is on track, and Nursema now has only one goal: to have a baby.
