Trephina Gorge | Day Walks of the Red Centre (Trephina Gorge Nature Park, East McDonnells, NT, Aus)

A short but surprisingly rugged trail, the 2km Trephina Gorge trail is arguably the most visited walk in Trephina Gorge Nature Park. Rising up along the gorge rim, the trail provides excellent views down to the dry, sandy creekbed below before descending to follow the creekbed back to the start point. A relatively easy trail with a family friendly length, this is well worth a visit if in the area to do one of the more substantial trails.
