Scuba Diving Boa Vista, Scuba Diving Cape Verde HD

Off the West Cost of Africa, about 5 hours from our base in the UK, lies the tiny Archipelago nation of Cape Verde, one of Europe's last hidden diving gems. Very few people visit Cape Verde every year, and even fewer dive while there. But dive under the waves, and the curious diver will find an amazing abundance of marine life not commonly associated with the temperate Atlantic waters. Big, reef and macro are all present with pelagic like Sand Tiger Sharks, Nurse Sharks and Manta rays being common sightings. The reef is reminiscent of something out of Asia with gorgeous Butterfly Fish, Angel Fish, Parrot and Damsel Fish all calling the local sites their home. For those with a keen eye, Dragon Moray, Arrow Crabs, and an abundance of Nudi Branchs are waiting to be discovered. Even for seasoned divers like ourselves, we can highly recommend Cape Verde as a dive spot.
