Today we're pulling a film off the shelf that promised to make you jump out of your seat by bringing the monsters to life: Amityville 3D (1983). Following the horrors of the Lutz family and the prequel about possession, the infamous house on Ocean Avenue is bought by John Baxter (Tony Roberts), a skeptical journalist specializing in debunking paranormal hoaxes. Convinced that all the stories about the house are urban legends to sell newspapers, he moves in for a song. Obviously, the house soon proves him wrong by unleashing a full catalog of supernatural phenomena: spontaneous fires, 3D fly attacks, cars freezing to death, and a well in the basement that connects directly to the depths of hell.
