Check our Delight FM playlist:    • Asher D & DJ Mex (So Solid Crew) | Delight...   There was growing appetite for So Solid's music with them storming the UK commercial charts with "21 Seconds" reaching no.1 and "They Don't know" reaching no.3. They were still making waves on the underground and maintained their Sunday slots on Delight FM which was a crucial base for them and pirate radio was a massive outlet. So Solid started touring the breadth of country and they grew sizeable fanbase also influencing the explosion of Garage crews like Pay As You Go Cartel and the Hype Squad. This phenomenon was nothing the UK had witnessed before On the production front they had flooded the scene with scores of releases: So Solid Crew – 21 Seconds, So Solid Crew – They Don't Know, So Solid Crew Feat: MC Mega Man & MC Asher D – More Less More Soul (Wooh), So Solid Crew Presents Mr. Shabz Feat. MBD & The Reelists – Haters, So Solid Crew – Album Sampler: Ride Wid Us / Friend Of Mine / Deeper, Natacha Atlas v So Solid – Eye Of The Duck (Remix), Teebone Vs So Solid Feat. MC Mega Man & MC Romeo – Best Of Your Love, So Solid Crew – Be True, MC Asher D – Lifestyle, OBI Project Feat. MC Asher D - Baby Can I? (Get Your Number), Mega Man – Hey Girlfriend, Corrupted Cru Feat MC Neat & Megaman – G-A-R-A-G-E Remix. Later that year So Solid released an album entitled: They Don't Know (Independiente label). The year 2001 was also a productive year for Oxide & Neutrino with the releases of: 'N Digga D', "Remy On Da Floor", "Back 2 Da Floor", "Devil's Nightmare", "Up Middle Finger", "Only Wanna Know U Cos Ure Famous", "Foot 2 Da Floor", "Rap Dis"(U Can't Stop Dis S**t), "Only Wanna Know U Cos Ure Famous" (Remix), "Nuff Of Dem Watch Me". Also saw Oxide & Neutrino released their album "Execute". Delight FM was a South London pirate radio station that played UK Garage music. They began transmitting in 1998 up to the mid 2000s when it was sadly taken off air. It was the spiritual home of the So Solid Crew and featured a whole host of DJs and MCs. The station also ran the infamous rave night Garage Delight @Club Colosseum (Vauxhall), also @London Astoria (Meanfiddler), Hammersmith palace, Temple (High Rd Tottenham) and @Stratford Rex. They hosted nights in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Collaborating with artists like Heartless Crew, Pay As You Go Cartel, So Solid and MC PSG.
