The touring rally [Door of Adventure] is held every year starting from Mother Farm in Chiba. This is the first time that it is held for mopeds only (under 125cc), so I pulled out my Suzuki GSXR125, which I had been sleeping for a while and converted into a scrambler, and prepared it for the rally. The organizers sometimes prepare quite tough routes. And this time, rain is forecast and the temperature is in the single digits. Will I be able to complete the course? I'm going on an adventure with my rally buddy Antonio Waka (Anton) and XLR80R. There are many Honda Cubs under 125cc, but there are a wide variety of mopeds, from old ones to current ones. There are also mopeds that have been forgotten, which is interesting. Participants who usually participate in large vehicles pulled them out from the back of their garages to participate. The feature is that beginners also participate with the ease that only mopeds can offer. What is a moped-only rally like? In the first part, I walked around the paddock to take pictures of the participating vehicles and the event. And after the usual events, the rally started the next day!
