We finally got out and tested our new dinghy, a Whaly 270. It handled pretty well, we need to test it a bit more, and add some extra features to it to make it a little bit more comfortable but all in all I am very happy with it. The Whaly 270 is a sturdy, double-walled boat crafted from low-maintenance, indestructible, high-grade polyethylene (HDPE). The 8' 10" length and light weight makes this model hang easily off of davits. The built-in bow storage easily fits an anchor or safety equipment. Never worry about puncturing a pontoon when pulling up to rocky shore lines or less- than-ideal docks.
