Its greatest charm, I think, is that it's "suitable for travel." (※Not "travel") Honestly, in terms of "cost performance" and "variety," Bangkok is the best⭐︎ Thai street food, with its long-standing culture of eating out, is the best! However!!! Hygiene!!! The fear that it might significantly affect the rest of my travel itinerary. This is something that plagues Southeast Asia in general. I think this is entirely due to the hot and humid climate. It's often said that Japanese food contains too many additives, and I agree with that to some extent. However, there are quite a few regions in the world with low humidity, and in those countries, food lasts much longer than we expect. (Japan, on the other hand, has a rich fermented food culture, which is fantastic! ★) In that respect, Mexico City, at an altitude of approximately 2,000m, has a dry climate, and enjoys spring-like weather all year round. While I can't guarantee that you'll never get food poisoning, eating at street stalls is undoubtedly a risk for travelers. For those who want to fully experience the local vibes while traveling, I recommend Mexico City, where the "anxiety" and "fear" of food poisoning are less! And, thanks to the strategy of holding the event on Sunday, I successfully completed the 3km walk! Since the taco walk was a success this time, I don't think I'll do this project again, but in this video, names of tacos' siblings and cousins, such as Flautas (Tacos dorado) and Quesadilla, appeared throughout.
