A Texas Highway Patrol trooper made a massive drug bust during a routine traffic stop on I-40 in Carson County, discovering 31 pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside a spare tire of a Chevrolet Silverado — with the drugs reportedly being transported all the way from California to Kentucky.
