The longer I reflected on it afterward, the more fascinated I became by the simple idea of running. Why do we run? What does it do to our bodies and minds? When are we running toward something, and when are we running away? Is it an act of panic, liberation, survival, transformation, or all of these at once? This piece and its accompanying film are an attempt to explore those questions.
