Hello to I'm sharing with you all HOW I SMOKED BRISKET IN THE ELECTRIC BRADLEY SMOKER. I will show you HOW TO MAKE SMOKED BRISKET and let you know the BRISKET RUB RECIPE I use. This was the first time making SMOKED BRISKET and it turned out amazing. This recipe does take a while to make, but well worth the wait. If you are following a KETO, LOWCARB or a CARNIVORE DIET this would be an excellent addition. SMOKED BRISKET š We cooked it for 8 1/2 hours at ranging from 220° -240° in our Electric Bradley Smoker. The inside was so moist and the seasoning was so delicious. Spice Rub I did was: 3 tablespoons of Montreal steak spice 1 1/2 tablespoons of paprika 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash onion and herb 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt You will need mustard to coat the brisket so your rub will stick. We just let it sit for about an hour with the rub on it prior to placing it in our smoker. You could leave it overnight if you would like. Everyone has a different preference.
