#MILLSUMMIT Panel: Managing and Advocating for Mental Health in the Post-Pandemic Workplace

Description: The pandemic has almost eliminated the stigma and normalized the importance of managing mental health and mental well-being in the workplace, whether you are back in the office or working from home (or, more likely, doing both). Still, the need for strong advocates of mental health support has not diminished, particularly given the prevalence of mental health struggles is greatest among younger and historically underrepresented workers. This panel will discuss some of the tactics and resources that professionals (young and seasoned) use today to help manage their mental health and support their friends and colleagues.
