Simple, intuitive operation The biggest advantage of the Enviolo / NuVinci stepless hub gear is its incredibly simple, logical operation via a twist grip! 2. Wide gear ratio The gear ratio between the lightest and heaviest gears is 380%. This roughly corresponds to a 10-speed derailleur and is significantly higher than a Shimano 7-speed hub gear with 244% or a Shimano 8-speed with 307%. 3.
