Inside the factory exhaust pipe is a very restrictive washer that is installed at the factory to limit the to speed and power of the engine. By simply removing this restrictive washer, you will instantly notice an increase in acceleration, power and also top speed. With the washer removed, this scooter will easily achieve 40+mph.
