Changing AC frequency, Pulse settings and Pre/Post flow on the Fronius MagicWave 2200

Even though they are very capable welders and I have been using them for over 10 years, I still have to resort to searching through a very extensive manual to find out which combination of buttons does what. Haven't found out anything on these settings here, so decided to do this quick video after finishing another batch of N52 inlets for BDS Motorsport here in the shed. Hope this helps!
