Canadian gets emotional remembering his life in Serbia

Meet Alan Fraser. He is a renowned Canadian pianist who moved to Serbia, then Yugoslavia, in 1990 to study piano. He worked at the Art Academy of Novi Sad, married a Serbian woman, and established his own institute where he teaches his unique technique of playing the piano. He shared with me what life was like in Serbia in the '90s for a Canadian, how learning the Serbian language changed his way of thinking, and how he found freedom in Serbia. Enjoy!
