Today I am renewing another model invented by designers from the Lesney company, which was launched in 1972. Production ran until 1976. The painting of this model, apart from the basic yellow color, was very diverse. One of the rare models is one that I converted my second car into. It was red metallic with a cream colored interior. There were also orange, green, white and dark maroon. My model did not have an engine in the back of the car, so I downloaded it to make a copy of the second car in the movie. I cast it from FC 52 polyurethane resin. I also made stickers from self-adhesive foil, which is much more durable than the paper used in the 70s in the original.
