Lower Body Burn - Band Workout

The band is my best friend! It travels everywhere with me...even on a hike. :) WORKOUT: 1) Band above the knees. Squats. *Reach the hips back. Press the big toes down as you squat. 2) In the squat - thigh bones press out. 3) Squats again! *Feel the glutes reach towards each other as you come up to standing. 4) Squat pulses - staying low pulse the hips back. 5) In the squat - thigh bones press out. 6) Band comes off - SKATERS! *get the heart rate. Feel those legs press off the ground. 7) Band above the knees. Heels together, toes apart. Hinge the hips back. Thighs press out into the band. 8) Reach one leg back. Lift and lower the back leg. 9) Other side. 10) SKATERS!
