In this hands-on, we'll implement Suricata as an intrusion detection and prevention system (IDS/IPS) on an Ubuntu Desktop computer that already has the Wazuh agent installed. We'll integrate Suricata with Wazuh so that events generated by Suricata, such as port scan attempts or unauthorized access, are sent to the Wazuh Manager for analysis and visualization on the centralized dashboard.
