The NBC Rock/Pop show, HULLABALOO (Sorry, I misspelled it on the title card) ran from January 16, 1965 through April 11, 1966. Beatles manager, BRIAN EPSTEIN, hosted twelve segments of "HULLABALOO LONDON," in which he introduced British acts, from London, to the ever-thirsty British Invasion American teens back in the States. Another neat part of it all was that the guest hosts each week "sent" it to Brian's segment; so we'll see who the guest hosts were, also. 1. Jan. 12, 1965 - Brian intros Gerry & the Pacemakers, who sing "I'll Be There," & It's Gonna Be Alright" 2. Jan. 19, 1965 - Brian interviews Marianne Faithfull, and she sings, "As Tears Go By" 3. January 26, 1965 - Brian intros Freddie & the Dreamers, who sing "I'm Telling You Now" & "I Understand" 4. February 2, 1965 - Brian intros Cliff Bennett and the Rebel Rousers, who sing, "One Way Love" 5. February 9, 1965 - Brian intros Herman's Hermits: "I'm Into Something Good" & "Can't You Hear My Heartbeat" AND!! Brian interviews director Richard Lester, who talks with Brian about "soon-to-be-released" Beatles movie, HELP! 6. February 16, 1965 - Brian introduces Band of Angels, who sing, "Not True As Yet." Brian then interviews ROLLING STONES MANAGER, Andrew Loog Oldham (really nice interview) 7. February 23, 1965 - Brian introduces The Searchers who sing, ""What Have They Done To The Rain?" & "Love Potion #9" 8. March 2, 1965 - Brian brings on Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders: "The Game of Love" 9. March 9, 1965 - Brian intros Billy J Kramer & The Dakotas, who sing 2 songs: "It's Got To Last Forever" & "The Twelfth of Never" 10. March 16, 1965 - Brian introduces Georgie Fame & The Blue Flames, who sing, "Point of No Return" & "Yeh Yeh" 11. March 23, 1965 - Brian introduces The Moody Blues, who sing, "Go Now." 12. March 30, 1965 - This segment marked the end of Brian's HULLABALOO LONDON. Though the show would rerun some of Brian's segment throughout the remainder of the first season, this show was Brian's last. In it, he intros Joe Brown & His Bruvvers, who sing "Teardrops in the Rain," and then Joe shows off his guitar virtuosity with the song, "Seguadillas."
