Also... fun fact about The Guy Game: An underage participant took the publisher to court in an attempt to cease the release of the game. In the end, the courts DID rule that new copies could not be sold by them. However, contrary to popular belief, it was not because a minor was topless in the game, but because the individual was not legally old enough to sign the consent form to use the footage! The developers purportedly later removed the footage and released the remaining content on a standard DVD before going out of business.
