We highly recommend this campsite if you're planning an overnight stop or even a longer stay. Knaus Campingpark Hünfeld/Praforst is just 4 minutes from the A7 motorway, yet enjoys a peaceful location on a beautiful lake near Hünfeld and Fulda. Campers with dogs are also welcome. We received a warm welcome, and the two friendly owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Many thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and delicious food. When we're next traveling north from Lake Garda in Italy to Timmendorfer Strand, we'll definitely stay here again for an overnight stop. ...
