Today we are collecting part of a steer I ordered a month ago. This steer was grass feed and finished. We have to travel 1 hour from our bubble to get it. Once back home we will show you all the meat as well as a sit down with me to discuss the price we paid as well as how they get to that price. This is the cheapest way to buy beef if you have the means to store it.
