Solidifying your form requires repeated practice, and it takes a lot of practice before you can perform the same movements over and over again. However, unless you have a private course or batting practice range, it's usually difficult to secure a location. So, my recommendation is "hitting from a tee." Since there's no ball, it helps prevent you from looking up (taking your eyes off the tee), and you can even do it in your own backyard! The trick is to hit the ball as if you were actually hitting it, as if there was a ball. Please note that there's no point in just hitting the ball on the tee. Once you can do this, the rest is easy! In the real game, all you have to do is look at the "tee" below the ball and swing as if you're going to hit it. If you can see the movement of the tee after hitting the ball, you're not looking up.    / @npg
