If a client cancels at the last minute we need to make sure we’re protected finance wise in some shape or form for the day. When a client books us there is an opportunity cost that comes with that. When a client cancels, we’ve lost our opportunity to make any money that day due to rejecting other work that we could have done because we had the cancelled job booked in.
