Flying the New A321neo Into Amsterdam! (Beautiful POV Approach & Landing uncut)

There is something deeply special about the descent and approach into Amsterdam. From the moment you check in with Amsterdam Radar, you can feel the profound legacy of aviation that runs through the Netherlands. The Dutch controllers are, without a doubt, some of the finest in the world. Their sequencing is an art form, precise, calm, and incredibly efficient. Flying here feels less like managing a rigid airspace and more like a fluid partnership. It’s as if when I think of a tactical adjustment, the controller has already anticipated it and is thinking the exact same thing. They truly operate like pilots on the ground. Capturing the localizer into Schiphol is a reminder of why we love what we do. It is an absolute privilege to fly into this destination. Landing was a bit different. I flared at around 50 feet but the aircraft kept sinking to 10 and felt lsome inertia. It was smooth. Sometimes feel of the flare beats all the text books we know. Timing comes with experience.
