DKC Exposed: The Making of Donkey Kong Country - Promotional VHS

In 1994, Nintendo of America sent this VHS tape to Nintendo Power subscribers. It combined absurdly nineties sensibilities with the sort of unrealistic depiction of game industry jobs that would mold the career dreams of millions of American children. In the special, host Josh Wolf visits the Nintendo Treehouse at NOA's Redmond headquarters to see the final stages of DKC's development, and interview a few key members of the Treehouse staff. Tim Stamper literally phones in a brief interview leading the radical host to a zoo to gander at real apes in their unnatural habitat. And guess what folks, guess what - THEY GOT PAAAAAID.
