We were visiting Tegethoff Agrar, a farm in the north of the Saale district. The family business cultivates an arable land of around 3,300 hectares. To fertilize the areas, the farm relies on two AMAZONE ZG-TS 10001 ProfisPro trailer fertiliser spreaders, which are equipped with a steering axle and the ProfisPro online weighing system with FlowControl torque measurement. The fertiliser spreaders also have ArgusTwin radar monitoring and the WindControl system. Thanks to the WindControl system, the fertilizer spreaders can be used with a larger working width, which means a significant increase in efficiency. In addition, the permanent regulation of the WindControl system enables longer working windows, even on windy days. This eliminates night shifts and weekend work, which relieves the driver.
