(3/4 cup, packed) granulated white sugar 3. 30 ml. (2 tbsp.) water 4. 70 gr. (2.5 oz.) butter + more for the pan 5. 5 ml. (1 tsp.) vanilla extract 6. 2.5 ml. (1/2 tsp.) salt 7. 1.25 ml. (1/4 tsp.) baking soda Notes: 1. Based on a 235 ml (US cup), 15 ml. tbsp. and 5 ml tsp. 2. If possible use a 50%/50% combination of mushroom popcorn and butterfly popcorn.
