This once again confirms our rightness - you should do it yourself - then it will be guaranteed to be of high quality and will meet the specifications. We assemble in holders, from li-ion cells 21700 with a capacity of 5000 mAh of the EVE brand, which have never let down Velomoda.a 16S 3P circuit. We must check whether our design will fit into the case. So far - everything is fine. We weld the elements by spot welding with a professional welding machine, we unsolder the VMS 16S Li-ion balancing board for a maximum current of 30 Amps — which was ordered specifically for this battery. We put it on full charge. After factory storage, the elements must be run through a full cycle. After that — on the device — we discharge and see what capacity the test device will show. 15 ampere-hours — everything is fine. You can pack it in fiberglass and heat shrink. After that, we solder the connectors, which we will connect to the corresponding contacts inside the case. Pay attention — before the repair, everything was just twisted together. This, to put it mildly, is not very good. It will be different with us. This is quality and safety during operation. We assemble the battery in the case. We charge — and on the road — to the owner.
