Its essence was simple: take the rear engine section of the "NEXT-1" transformer, mate it to the front longitudinal axle with a pair of wheels installed, add a steering wheel, and you have a three-wheeled racing car. We were able to implement the idea in hardware and conduct several tests. Links to the video are below for those interested. But the project somehow petered out... This year, at the request of our clients, we decided to revive the project, calling it "BOLID-2." Many elements of the previous design were refined. This video takes a detailed look at the design of the "BOLID-2" and shows its first road tests on dirt and forest roads.
