Misinformed Angry Customer says "You're not a very nice person!"

Good morning everyone! Today the Trainee and I had a flooring order that was to be delivered and the customer was under the impression that we were going to put the order in the garage. We called the customer prior to leaving the shipper and confirmed with the delivery staff at the shipper and the manager that it was a curbside delivery and that because of recent spikes in unprecedented events that we would not be entering any dwellings. needless to say the customer was not happy when he offered us 50 bucks to put the merchandise inside his house and we declined and he was not happy when we told him that we weren't going to do an in garage delivery. as always we appreciate you guys watching make sure you smash that like button leave a comment down below hit that subscribe button hit the notification bell make sure you select all for all the video notifications for all of our content.
