PNP PCR Master Plan "Tagataguyod” provides the guidelines and procedures in the overall strategy on Police Community Affairs and Development (PCAD) which emphasizes intensifying community support and raising positive public trust and perception of the organization towards a safer and more secure community through effective crime prevention and crime solution activities.
