Click the CC for multilingual subtitles. Last Sunday of November, strolling through the city center to see the Christmas tree and visit Stockmann. December begins, and with it all the usual cozy holiday rituals. We've updated our living room; luckily, we finished before Christmas, so now I can add some more Christmas decorations. The days are short and dark in Finland, but it's so nice to take a break with some mulled wine. I hope you enjoy, thanks for watching. ^^ Rice porridge cooked in the oven Ingredients: 1 liter milk, 2 dl (about 170 g) rice. Preparation: Grease a baking dish and add the milk, then add the rice. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 1.5 hours. Stir the porridge a couple of times during cooking. For the Joulupuuro (Christmas porridge), sprinkle the rice porrdige with cinnamon, sugar, and a little cold milk.
