MAINTAINING A HEALTHY SCALP AFTER RELAXING MY NATURAL HAIR

Hey ladies! Lets talk about having a healthy scalp. When my hair was in its natural state, I would wash my hair every 2-3 weeks. Yes, I know 3 weeks is kind of pushing it lol but I felt like my hair did well when it was a little dirty, lol Now that I have relaxed hair, I have noticed that I can no longer go every 2 weeks without washing my hair. If I do not wash my hair every week then my hair starts to itch. Once my hair starts itching then I start scratching and that's definitely not good for the scalp.
