August 2026 Astrology Forecast from the Planetary Astrology

This month has a LOT going on. Two Eclipses, four Black Box Days, six problematic VOCs, four Sign Changes and one change of direction. We’ve tried to point out the speed bumps below, but you will have to check the month grid daily, starting with a super busy day on the 1st right out of the gate. Take heart on those five White Circle Days! *2nd: The New Moon at 9° Leo is a Total Solar Eclipse, with Venus at 7° Leo and Jupiter newly in Virgo, passing over the Star Regulus, and Mercury entering Leo. This is a good time to speak from the heart, especially with close friends and family members. There is another Eclipse ahead where all will come to light. *6th: A White Circle Day with Mercury Sextile Uranus, both in good Aspects to the Moon, so some unplanned communication from someone close to you is possible. And with the Sun Sextile Moon, it’s a harmonious day to take the next step. *9th: Saturn turns Retrograde at 27° Aries on a Day Long VOC Moon. Plans could stall or get confused. *11th: A very harmonious White Circle Day with the Sun Conjunct Mercury, and Venus Trine the Moon, should prove opportune for any endeavor. *16th: Mercury enters Virgo Conjunct the Star Regulus, the Heart of the Lion. Take action with Mars in Libra Trine that Aquarius Moon. *17th: This Full Moon is an Appulse Lunar Eclipse at 24° Aquarius with the Sun at 24° Leo. Venus is at 25° Leo having just become the ‘evening star’, a follower of the Sun. Mercury is so close to Jupiter in Virgo, so expect lots of ‘talks’ about big ideas or plans. On a global scale, times will continue to be somewhat polarizing, but disruptive forces are on the decline as calls for justice are on the rise. Saturn/Jupiter in Fire are a market indicator but now that Jupiter is in Virgo, expect that the economy and global affairs may slow. *20th: Venus enters Virgo, Conjunct the Star Regulus, while the Sun Trines Saturn at 27° of Leo/Aries. *23rd: The Sun enters Virgo, now Conjunct Regulus during a Day Long VOC Moon although communication should still be stable with Mercury Trine the Moon and Parallel Saturn. *28th: This Black Box Day has Venus Square Uranus, a sudden attraction or a relationship disruption, flip a coin! Mercury in Virgo Sextiles the Moon, both Mars and Saturn Square the Moon from Libra and Aries, challenging her from opposite sides making this BBD a doozy! *31st: The New Moon at 8° Virgo with the Sun and Moon bracketed by Jupiter and Venus, while Mercury is nearby, means a whole lot of Virgo energy to get your disciplined ideas off to a fresh start. Put things in order, see to your personal health, and recognize that any recent chaos that was beyond your control was not your responsibility.
