The Modelinstitute Workshop Vol. 8 brought together aspiring models for four intensive days of professional training at the House of Communication in Munich. The Program 1. Welcome & Introduction to the Industry The workshop took place in the Sky Lounge of the NH Collection Bavaria Hotel, where participants were welcomed by the Modelinstitute team. The program continued with an inspiring panel talk featuring Doreen Leifheit, founder of Most Wanted Models, and model Elli Herfellner, who offered first-hand perspectives on building a successful career in the fashion industry. 2. Personal Development & Model Essentials This part of the workshop focused on developing the skills every professional model needs. Participants explored the importance of nutrition, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle in a session led by Mario. A personal color analysis with Katrin Lehrbrunner helped each participant discover the shades that best complement their individual look. Additional coaching sessions covered confidence, mindset, and professional presentation. 3. Content Creation & Portfolio Building Participants received coaching in posing, movement, and camera presence while working with experienced creatives to produce agency-ready content. The focus was on creating authentic imagery that highlights each model's personality and strengthens both their portfolio and digital presence. 4. Professional Portfolio Shoot The workshop concluded with a professional portfolio shoot, giving every participant the opportunity to put their newly acquired skills into practice. Working alongside experienced photographers, hair and makeup artists, and the Modelinstitute team, participants created high-quality images for agency submissions, castings, and future career opportunities.
