Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having black bean noodles, also called Jjajangmyeon! I know this Korean noodle dish for a very long time now and I even tried to cook it myself a few years ago! But I failed. :D So, I was looking for instant noodles to get to know the real taste of Jjajangmyeon. I'm so happy I finally found a vegan version of it. 😻 Instead of pork chunks it has vegetable protein flakes. The sauce is a bit sweet and simply delicious!
