Ingredients 1.1 lb (500 g) ground beef 1⅔ cups (400 ml) heavy cream 1 onion 1–2 garlic cloves 1.1 lb (500 g) potatoes 2 tbsp (30 g) butter ¾ cup (200 ml) warm milk Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh dill and parsley Preparation Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, cover with water, add salt, and cook until soft. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until soft and lightly golden. Add the ground beef and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula until browned. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the cream, stir well, and simmer until the sauce thickens. Drain the potatoes. Add butter and warm milk, then mash until smooth and creamy.
