The Unmoving Great Library Patchy takes the ranges aspect that Sakuya employs and dials it up to 11. She has extremely poor melee attacks and relies exclusively on pelting her opponents with ranged attacks. The biggest issue with Patchouli is you need to read your opponent to properly mix up your attacks to keep hitting them and time it so you hit them with your primary melee attack if they do get close to knock them far away.
