Being Autistic and working from home for me is a perfect combination. But if you listen to some prominent figures such as Elon Musk and Alan Sugar, home workers are lazy and should be terminated from employment. This is one of the most short sighted views I have heard in a long time, especially when if anyone took the time to talk to Autistic Employees, they would see that most of the time, it isn't the job that is the concern, it is everything that surrounds it that isn't critical to ensure you work well, but they are things you are strongly judged on, which is unfair.
